USE OF PHONE NUMBERS FOR SMS

Your phone numbers are used primarily to send personalized services, updates, and promotional offers directly to your mobile device. These messages may include information about appointments, our products, services, and special discounts that we believe may be of interest to you. Standard SMS messaging charges may apply as determined by your carrier.

OPTING OUT OF MARKETING MESSAGES

If at any time you decide you no longer wish to receive marketing SMS messages from us, you can opt-out by:

  • Texting STOP to opt-out
  • Texting UNSUBSCRIBE to opt-out

Please note that the opt-out process may take up to 10 business days to become effective. During this period, you may still receive messages from us.

PRIVACY OF PHONE NUMBERS

After you opt-out, we will cease sending SMS messages to you and will not sell or transfer your phone number to third parties. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

ACCESS TO PROMOTIONS AND DISCOUNTS

Opting into SMS messages is not required to access promotions and discounts. These can be viewed directly on our website here.

We have not enabled Google AdSense on our site but we may do so in the future.


California Online Privacy Protection Act

CalOPPA is the first state law in the nation to require commercial websites and online services to post a privacy policy. The law’s reach stretches well beyond California to require any person or company in the United States (and conceivably the world) that operates websites collecting Personally Identifiable Information from California consumers to post a conspicuous privacy policy on its website stating exactly which information is being collected and those individuals or companies with whom it is being shared.
