Cyndi Schumacher is no stranger to starting, nurturing, and growing businesses in the beauty and aesthetic space. She has devoted her heart and soul to do just that over the past decade. As the founder of the very successful St. George Day Spa, and now the founder of St. George Med Spa, she knows the 24x7 commitment it takes to run a top-notch practice centered on a high team and client satisfaction. Cyndi used to believe that her deepest personal satisfaction, as well as the fulfillment of her entrepreneurial spirit, came from the day-to-day running of her businesses.
Life's lessons have now shown her that she receives the most gratification from a "Catch and Release" philosophy. She has discovered she loves nothing more than building her businesses alongside her strong, smart, and high-performing team and then stepping back at the perfect moment allowing her team to soar to new heights. She sold the Day Spa in 2020 and, since then, has met the moment once again where it's now time to watch her team at the Med Spa shine. This time it's more personal than ever, as her own two daughters are among the group of savvy women that will navigate SGMS into the future.
Cyndi will continue to be involved from an overview level, helping to guide major decisions and financial matters. She will also be a "regular" coming in to receive her favorite aesthetic treatments under the care of her expertly trained team. The universe has always worked wonders for Cyndi and she believes it can create the best possible outcome and says she tries NOT to curate the results. Talisha is the St.george Med Spa Director. As a skilled hands-on leader who cares deeply about her team enjoying their work. She strives for satisfaction and self-assurance in their professional endeavors. Talisha values every opportunity to help them develop professionally and personally, and she works hard to establish a welcoming and secure workplace. Her goal is to continue to grow and achieve an even better Med spa than the year before. With 14 years of experience as a Master Aesthetician, Talisha has the know-how and tenacity to meet and exceed expectations. She also has experience teaching aesthetics that has equipped her with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
As a highly diligent and creative Brand Development Director, Bella is passionate about problem-solving and connecting with people. She oversees company development and growth as well as manages digital and traditional marketing for the company. She also collaborates across the organization to develop brand guidelines and policies. She started her career as the Guest Services Director and fell in love with the business side of the med spa world, naturally progressing her to her current role. With over eight years of experience in Guest Services and 4 in Cosmetology, Bella has an excellent understanding and passion for the industry.
As a Highly experienced Professional. Dr. Hinkle provides supervision and oversight of all medical treatments provided. He is Board Certified in Family Practice. Besides being a D.O., he is a DNM (Doctor of Natural Medicine, DMM (doctor of Missionary medicine), and a lay chaplain in the Knight's Hospitaller. His activities include a primary care practice with full staff privileges. Since 1996 he has integrated holistic and complementary treatment modalities into his practice and offers many options to all his patients.
With 15 years of experience in organizational and Operations Management, Amanda has honed her interpersonal, time management, and organizational skills, excellent in verbal and written communication. She leverages her acquired skill set to create strategies to enhance the experience at St.George MED SPA. Amanda holds PMP certification and her competency lies in her outgoing personality, which allows her to mingle well with her team and clients. She understands the industry, and manages the front desk efficiently and professionally, ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction
Gay Sleight graduated with top honors from the University of Utah PA program and holds a Master's degree in Family and Emergency Medicine. She has been practicing medicine for over 20 years and is a member of America academy of Anti-Aging and Rejuvenating Medicine, in which she also holds a fellowship. She also has extensive experience in plastic surgery. She is fellowship trained in Metabolic and Nutritional Medicine. Gay has 17 years of experience in toxins, dermal fillers and more.
Kellie is a highly ambitious and innovative Aesthetic Nurse Injector. Guided by her principle that anything worth doing is worth doing right and the nature of her profession, her level of commitment is unrivaled. Kellie aims for natural results striving not to change a patient but to enhance their natural beauty. Kellie always practices patient safety, and proper techniques and has been a nurse in southern Utah for over 17 years. She is proud to have graduated with her BSN in Jan 2021 and looks forward to finishing her Family Nurse Practitioner degree in September of 2023. Kellie has an extremely caring attitude and an approachable style when treating her clients and thoroughly enjoys learning new things.
Janis is a Master Esthetician & Certified Medical Assistant at St. George Med SPA. She is passionate about helping people to improve their skin concerns and is committed to the process. As a Medical assistant, Janis works alongside our Aesthetic Injectors to assist with clinical duties and administrative tasks. Driven by her genuine love for her client's well-being, she believes that kindness is a gift that everyone can afford to give. With over 15 years working as a Master Esthetician and six years as a Medical Assistant, Janis has mastered her client-focused approach. With her attention to detail and result-driven treatments, she delivers realistic expectations and at-home care.
As a highly ambitious and bubbly professional, Jess is a Master aesthetician and Aesthetic Assistant at St.George Med SPA. Known for her positive, engaging attitude and excellent communication. Jess has always been passionate about connecting with people and helping them emulate their beauty. She reinforces her client-focused approach to her guests with attention to detail and consummate care. She has vast experience in skincare and pre/post-care procedures, including skin health and laser services. She is passionate about perfecting her art and providing a safe, supportive, judgment-free environment for her guest to work on themselves and learn to love their skin again.
